SUBJECT: CSRS and FERS Retirement Seminar

Purpose: To authorize permission for certain employees to attend Retirement Seminar.

A free one-half day retirement seminar is available from Snow Cap Agency, Inc. for CSRS and FERS federal employees on Wednesday, June 25, 2008. The seminar is to be held in Augusta. The morning session is for CSRS employees and the afternoon session is for FERS employees.

Employees within five years of retirement, as well as new employees who have not taken a retirement seminar in the past are authorized to attend on government time and expense with the permission of their supervisor.

Seating is limited, so attendees must submit a registration form by FAX. If you are interested in attending, contact Roger Ashe for a copy of the seminar information and registration form.
