SUBJECT: LTP – Steps for Using 2008 EQIP-FA CNMP Initiative – Validus Option

Purpose: To deliver step-by-step outline and supporting documentation forms for 2008 EQIP-FA CNMP Initiative option when client chooses Validus as TSP.

Expiration Date: September 30, 2008

This bulletin is an addendum to Maine Bulletin ME300-7-7. The process has been modified, reviewed and agreed to by TSP firm, “Validus”. Attached to this bulletin are the following documents:

1. Steps for Using EQIP – FA incentive to fund CNMP development using producer hired TSPs – Validus option.
2. Authorization for Release of Information to TSP
3. TSP Progress Report
