SUBJECT: Maine Association of Conservation Districts (MACD) Winter Meeting

Purpose: To authorize attendance at the above meeting.

Expiration Date: December 1, 2007

The Maine Association of Conservation Districts will hold their Winter Meeting on November 28-30, 2007 at the Black Bear Inn, Godfrey Drive, Orono. District Conservationists are required to attend.

Attached for your use and information is the MACD meeting agenda and registration form. Please return the registration form to MACD by November 23, 2007.

To the extent possible, please travel together to keep the use of government –owned vehicles to a minimum.
