SUBJECT: FNM - All Employees’ Meeting – December 6, 2007

Purpose: To provide information on the upcoming All Employees' Meeting

Expiration Date: December 7, 2007

Action Due By: November 16, 2007

The All Employees' Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 6, 2007 at the Buchanan Alumni House, University of Maine, Orono. The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. All permanent and/or full-time employees should be present. Entitled “Diversity Day”, you will hear about and from people of many different cultures, and the luncheon menu will depict this as well. A final agenda will be sent to you when finalized.

If you are unable to attend the All Employees’ Meeting, please notify your supervisor and Elaine Tremble by no later than Friday, November 16th. Otherwise you will be included in the final count.

Overnight travel for the evening of December 5th is authorized for employees in the Fort Kent, Oxford, Presque Isle and Scarborough field offices.

Please combine travel with staff and offices close to you, limiting the number of vehicles we have on the road. The state office has an adequate number of government vehicles so that state office personnel can travel together.
